A client required an innovative and forward-thinking CIO to support the long-term strategy, to be based in Eastern Europe.
Within an agreed timeframe EMScout where able to attract and approach the best talent in the area and supply a shortlist of candidates for an interview event in a remote location.
EMScout facilitated an interview event in order to avoid multiple interview stages and enabled the organisation to make an offer once the event once complete.
